My experience with Online Labels, LLC has been quite mixed. While I appreciate the variety of label options they offer, I encountered issues with the quality and customer service. The labels I purchased did not stick well to my products, despite following all instructions. When I reached out for assistance, I received unhelpful responses and ultimately no resolution. This lack of support left me frustrated and disappointed. I believe Online Labels, LLC has potential to improve their product quality and customer service to better serve their customers.

I recently had an experience with Online Labels and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. While their website boasts same-day shipping if you order before 5pm, and offers the option between Priority Next Day and Next Day Air, my experience was far from what was promised.

I opted for Priority Next Day shipping, which was quite expensive, but I needed my order to arrive by 10:30am the next day. However, instead of receiving Priority Next Day shipping, they paid for Next Day Air through UPS. This would have been fine, except that the shipment was delayed by a day, which completely ruined my project.

When I contacted their customer service, Jasmine informed me that they would only refund the difference between Next Day Air and Priority Next Day. I was shocked and frustrated that they would not refund the entire shipping fee, especially since they had been fraudulent about their services and had ruined my project.

I tried to explain to Jasmine that UPS guarantees all their next-day shipments, and that I could get my money back through them. However, she was unhelpful and simply told me to call back the next day before hanging up.

Overall, I would not recommend Online Labels. While their prices may be cheaper, their shipping practices are questionable and their customer service is lacking. It's not worth the risk of having your project ruined and not receiving a full refund.

I've been using Online Labels for a while now and I have to say, their labels are pretty decent. We've used thousands of them and they get the job done. However, there have been a couple of times in the past year where their dies were set too deep and it caused some issues with our labeling machine. It's not a huge deal, but it can be a bit frustrating.

But that's not why I'm writing this review. I recently called in to pay for a custom order and had a really uncomfortable experience with one of their sales reps. I've been shopping with this company for about 5 years now, so I still use my personal email instead of my business one. A part of my email is "culturelost," which is a very personal reference to me and my father's cultural background. There are only about 50,000 of us left (pre-covid, even less now), so it's a big part of my life.

When the sales rep read my email back for confirmation, she read the "culturelost" part and scoffed. She said "really..." in a tone of disdain and continued with the rest of the email. I don't know if she's a racist and was bothered by the fact that I come from a culture that has suffered loss, or if she's an SJW and felt like my name didn't look "ethnic enough" to have cultural genocide play a factor in my life. Either way, it was completely unacceptable and made me feel really uncomfortable.

I'm also worried because this person has access to my card number and could potentially mess up my order on purpose. It's not a great feeling.

So, if you're from a culture that has suffered loss, I would be careful about bringing your business to Online Labels. It's not worth the discomfort and potential risk.
