One Stop Shop Plus/Roamans review: Two jerseys purchased with missed marked sizes

I oppurchased 2 jerseys the same size - which is what sizes I needed - one was too big and 1 was too small both marked the same size - they were on final sale I understand but it wasn't that I did not want them I wanted to return them because they did not fit... This happened in august and after 100 calls on my part and being told over and over that this was a final sale and nothing could be done and someone would get back to me, here I am with 2 jerseys that do not fit and I can not use and they now tell me it to late to send them back... This is a poor excuse for a business...
