Omni-Range review: internet

I called a different company altogether and this one sent me a wireless router. I called many times and was told they would send a return box but never did. They never refunded the money they charged me for it even after in January when I finally got label to return it. On top of that they charged me $119.00 a month for something I never took out of the box. This company charged me a total of $1050.00 before I could stop him, and by him I mean the owner Mark Klapheke. He told my cc company he would give me a $630.00 on January 2, 2018 he gave me $119.00. He has his router back and is refusing to refund anything else.
