OMIO is a kind of dealer/ticket issuer company for Train Bus etc.
Have bought ticket for 20.07 to Paris from Amsterdam but OMIO is not interested in my request for cancelling the tickets. They told me to send my request to Thalys which is the main carrier but they told me that they cannot access files issued by another issuer and OMIO should cancel the tickets and refund. But they do not even reply my request - so ı want to give an awareness for the case.
