A claim for dental services was submitted to Olympia on January 17th, with full payment. It is now February 7, and after a few emails, and a final discussion today it has been indicated to me that my claim has been rejected.
My major concern is that they have keep that full payment of 3741.93 for this entire time, with still no indication that they were returning the funds due to the rejection. I demanded the payment be returned to my account immediately, which should not have been necessary. Secondly, as my only form of medical/dental insurance, I am extremely disappointed that a dental service claim would be rejected (proof of payment for the services was provided)
