We have no hot water when we checked in yesterday and today they give us a hand written receipt saying they don't know if a microwave or TV nor a refrigerator would be in the room and that there is no hot water. we came on the 28th of Feb. We was give a regular receipt now this are different and I'm being charged more. The new reciept is for the 1st of March which is today.
