Manager hasn't contacted me and no new about the order
I bought several shelves from the company www.ojcommerce.com. The seller took money for the order and delivery within couple of hours, but he hasn’t provided any details about the order. I called to the customer services, but the seller told me that he knew nothing, and he promised that the manager would contact me soon. It was a big lie and no one of course called me. I already cancelled the order. I really hope that they will return money.

I purchased a memory foam mattress for $130. My account was charged. The next day I receive an email stating that the company canceled my order. Then I seen that the company relisted the mattress for $60 more that day. They refused to honor the original price.
