Officialstarwarscostumes.com review: Avoid it

Bought my 4 year old’s Halloween outfit from officialstarwarscostumes.com. I got the kids clone trooper costume for toddlers. They sent me a kids size jump suit with a giant wookie sized mask! The mask does not even fit my head. and the packaging specifically says not for children under 14 years old. Sent email to customer service to complain and they said that’s the way it comes. Are you kidding me! A licensed Star Wars manufacturer would pair an adult mask with a kids outfit? Anyway the etailer told me tough luck and they would not refund the mask but they would let the manufacturer know to correct the issue next year. huh?

I realize this is my fault from buying from an online shop that probably sells out of their house. ALways go to the bigger online shops because at least you know they will give you better service and actually care about customer service and not write you off as a schmuck.

Don’t support etailers who willingly mislead their costumers and won’t refund when they make a mistake. Booo to officialstarwarscostumes.com! I hope Star Wars franchising gets to see these complaints about the manufacturer and their distributors. bah!
