Office Depot Beer Yaakov Israel review: hp print cartridge 1

To whom it may concern,
Hello my name is Martin.
I have been buying good from you my entire life.
I am living in Israel, I can tell you have lost a life time customer due to the policies in the local branch.
I live in Beer Yaakov, Israel.
I am an American and was so happy to find you came to the area.
The local staff has cost you a life time customer.
My wife asked for the cartridge 652 black.
She was giving 123 black and told it would work.
Once home it entered the machine with no trouble but then the error warning came up, not compatible.
Upon attempted return we were told since the packaging was open we cannot return it, even though we were told it would work.
I will not be purchasing anything from any office depot until I hear from you.
Thanks and hope to hear from you before Black Friday and the holiday season.
