I ordered a replacement radio for my car and had it installed
It had NO sound. Called the company which referred me an email address which I wrote my problem and requested a refund and got NO answer.
Ordered 8/5/2026 order #360125. I paid $130.62. All I want is a refund.

Claimed loss: $130.62

Desired outcome: Want a refund
