I ordered the Lisette Bouquet of flowers with the vase for a friend's 55th birthday. The flowers delivered looked nothing like the Lisette Bouquet that were pictured on their website. The website picture of flowers show a beautiful, elegant arrangement of light colored flowers, and the flowers delivered were mostly dark colored and not the colors of the flowers shown on the website. After many emails back and forth to Ode à la Rose of my unsatisfaction of the flowers delivered, I was denied a refund. I would never order from Ode à la Rose again!
Desired outcome: I wanted a refund but was denied one!
