Octapharma Plasma review: Gretna

I visited the Gretna Octapharma between the hours of 2 and 3 p.m. CDT on the afternoon of Tuesday July 8, 2025.
I got in “line” and was there for over a half-hour. In that time, I was the only one in line, though there were two guys sitting in examination chairs. During this time, no examinations were taking place.
Finally, a group of about eight people appeared. They got in line behind me and - without explanation - I was instructed to get back in line behind all them - none of whom had been in line previously.
Having already wasted all this time, I left.
This is clearly inequitable and I don’t know why anyone would treat a client in this manner.
I write here because Octapharma is virtually impossible to contact otherwise.
