WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT OCP MEDICAL CENTER, FAIRMONT DUBAI!

I initially loved their treatments and aftercare services on my first few visits and referred most of my friends - until last June. Ideally, within 3-5 hours from my treatment, the redness should start fading and there's usually no pain, but NOT on this specific day. This happened last June 29, 2019.

Waited until the next day before I reached out to them about my swollen face because I needed help and I was just really scared on what happened to my face. This has never happened on my previous treatments with them! It was very swollen, red, painful, and the wounds were very visible with fresh blood vivid on the images I sent them and I was supposed to go to work that day. I ended up having to file a leave of absence and stayed at home to a week. I was depressed and left really bad about myself.

What I hated the most was the initial assistance and response given to me right after I raised my concern. They was no empathy which just made me feel that they just don't care about how their client's feel. After long hours of arguing on the phone, a manager finally listened and explained what I should do. Because of this person, I decided to reconsider them yesterday (after 3 long months of healing from that bad experience), and guess what -- the response I received from their personnel was just the most unprofessional. I have recorded and documented all of my conversation with them together with the pictures I took after the treatment. I will be making a full review on them and I feel so sorry for referring my friends. I gave them several chances and I think I have been fair enough with the continuous and genuine feedback I proactively gave them but they ended up telling me that I should watch my own responses. Very rude. Her name was Jasmin.

I was reaching out to give them another chance and following up on the conversation I had with their manager. Considering my past experience I expected they'd be extra thoughtful, to my dismay, what they offered instead are their existing promos which I was obviously not interested in. In fact, I still have existing paid packages with them which I haven't use since June. I wasted a lot of money.

I am am waiting for an update on my refund and shall add this on my full review. Not sure if I can still get my money back.

I am posting this here to warm you all and save you from having to go through the struggle and the negative emotions I went through. We reach out to these institutions seeking help to feel better and more confident. And not to give us more reasons to feel pity. I hope we all find a safe haven where we can continue improving our physical features without having to deal with such unprofessional people.
