Ocean air way was supposed to deliver a hedge hog that we had bought through Spike Hedgies. They told us it needed a special crate to fly and clear customs due to unfavorable weather conditions. We needed to make a refundable deposit of $550.00
After we paid them they said we needed to buy pet insurance and wanted an additional $825.00. We did not send any additional money and requested a refund to which they denied. They are no longer in contact with us.
Desired outcome: Well of course we want a refund. And more importantly we don't want this to happen to anybody else.
