Oasisi Group Information Secured review: Shredding and construction

Order for Destruction of sensitive items placed on November 2020. Destruction certificate for 640 tapes from work order still not received. We have chased OASIS for the documentation around 6 months from the date of the order. Due to no resolve following many emails and being passed onto different personal, an official complaint was logged with OASIS in October 2021. We still have not received the documentation to date. I have telephoned and been assured the mater will be looked into and resolved, emailed and yet again 'radio silence' from OASIS. We have paid for a service which includes a Certificate of Destruction as proof of destruction to demonstrate our company's compliance with records management policies and procedures.
