I have live at this community for over 7 years and never had any problems until now. I moved into a new home. I'm having problems with my bedroom doors they get stuck and they are hard to open and close I told Tom the maintenance man about it and he never made a work order that was about two months ago. Tom finally came and looked at the doors and said he was going to let the office know about having it level because that could fix the problem but it didn't we calling the office to make a work order and the manager was rude he said when ever they had time they would come and look at it. We waited a week and went back to the office just to find out that the manager never made a work order and that upset us. We told him that we were going to reach out to you'll and he said he didn't care. I don't understand why he is so rude doesn't have customers service experience. I just want my doors fixed. Please help.

I submitted an email to the neighborhood management regarding the neighborhood cats getting shot by someone multiple times and this is against Texas law. The manager never did anything about it to let all of the residents know that this against the law. My family and I have been trying to help these poor animals get vet care for their injuries from these pellet guns. It’s a horrible experience for people trying to help. They are living beings that feel pain too just like humans feel pain. Whoever is committing these crimes has deeper issues with themselves to their core!
