NVLAEN.com review: Did not receive the tv/dvd combo that I ordered.

I ordered a TV/DVD combo in March of 2021 from Nvlaen.com a online retailer only to find out his website is fake. When you place an order he does not provide a receipt but provides you with fake tracking numbers so you actually think your item will arrive. Needless to say when I thought the item was going to be delivered I ended up with a pack of socks delivered to my mailbox. When I contacted him about it he said he was sorry and that something got mixed up and that he would resend the item, never got the TV/DVD combo but just more excuses but said he would send the refund after he took out a $10.00 shipping fee, when I didn't agree he said how about $5.00 and again I didn't agree then he said it would take 5-15 days for the refund, which it does not once it is processed takes only 3-5 days, he said let him know if I didn't get it in that amount of time and he would resend the money, I believe the address he gives is not where he is doing his online business because I can not find him at that address. Anyway I have gone to other websites just to find out he has scammed other people as well. I went to the BBB in Bakersfield CA and filed another complaint and see there were 3 other complaints. Scam-detector.com has him tagged as suspicious-young-untrustworthy with a low trusting rate of 6.9 I have all emails and correspondence from him plus some tracking info. I can't upload anything as I don't know how to do that at my age of 73. I just want my money of $79.99 returned back to my account as I am on a fixed income and every penny counts. Other victims may want their money returned as well!
