I paid Priceline $616.07 to rent a car from you. Then when renting I am charged a $300 security deposit. Then when finished rental I am charged $470.91. So I paid over $1100 to rent a car from you? It was paid in full on 1/3/23 for 616.07. I understand the security hold. But I can not understand the charge for $470.91….

They claim I upgraded my rental.

This was not clearly explained as an upgrade by your rental agent. She said she was saving us money. How was she saving us money. She told me because we were going skiing that we needed to rent the Durango and not the minivan we intend to rent. We were stuffed into the Durango with 7 carry ons 7 book bags and 1 suitcase. Why would I upgrade to a smaller vehicle? She said she was saving us $30 a day…. What kind of business are you running. The agent helping us was barely paying attention to us because she was helping another agent fix sn error that our agent had made earlier that afternoon. My understanding was we paid 616 to Priceline and the 919 was the 616 and the 300 deposit and some weird tax or fee for 3 dollars. This whole process and lies told about saving us money and not being allowed to drive a minivan to Loveland ski area is [censored]. I see what I “signed”. I also know the smoke and mirrors that were put in front of me. I guess I have sucker written on my forehead. I will now do my best to make sure no other families are made to be suckered into the nu car rental lies. Your agent flat out lied to us. She took advantage of 2 tired travelers with 5 children in tow. As I look back now I realize that her distraction during our checkout was because she screwed someone else but they caught it. I unfortunately did not catch her error. Why would I upgrade? And upgrade to a smaller vehicle than a minivan? If this was a suburban or Tahoe you would have a case. This is a deceitful business practice.

Desired outcome: Refund and apology for their lies
