Took 2 cars in to get simple oil changes. Service person did hard sell on upgrade to much more expensive synthetic oil. I stayed with conventional. I checked with the dealership later and they indicated car was not designed for synthetics and conventional oil should only be used.
During oil change, first car was diagnosed with power steering problems. Projected repair cost = $1, 100. Son was heading back to school in Iowa the next day so we didn't do the repair, but wanted him to have it checked out by his repair shop in Iowa. That shop couldn't find any problems with the power steering.
Second car kept dripping oil for several days. Upon further investigation, I found oil all over the engine. The oil filler cap had not been screwed back in, but fortunately I found it wedged between engine parts. Have been trying to clean up the oil now for a couple of weeks. Its a mess!
Jump to any conclusions you want but I won't be returning to this shop.
