Notified my furniture purchased from 1stopbedroom.com was shipped from Brooklyn NY. It arrived 11/30 at NSD/The HUB terminal in Linthicum MD. Notification said furniture would be inspected and then delivery scheduled in 5-7 days.
Today is December 12th. I have tried chat. I have tried calling-2x. I get disconnected after 20 minutes on hold.
I want my furniture that I paid over $2,000 for. If they can't/won't deliver it, where can I pick it up!
