NSA review: collection

I have received several notices from this company.in regards to their wanting to collect a bill for rda enthusiast brands, llc for an book order of healthy cooking annual recipes which was refuse on delivery and retuned to the post office. I have informed both rda and this collection agency of the facts several times yet continue to receive notices. Thank you for any assistance you can give me in this matter.
