Nouvebelle review: trying to cancel account but company keeps sending product/billing

Ad stated for shipping cost only a skin product could be tried/sampled. Every month i get another package of their product with billing. Unable to reach anyone at the company by phone. I have refused packages and returned them to the company..
I would like to stop mailing/billing with this outfit.
