Northern Heating and Cooling Gladwin MI review: Bret young northern heating and cooling 507 may st. Gladwin mi 48624 [protected]

This unauthorized man installed a new rheem hot water tank last year. The pilot light went out 3 days ago. He came over to fix it and he couldn't we paid him $150 for a new thermo coupler and labor. Pilot light went out an hour later. He bent screws and just left them like that. The tank didn't come with a front panel. He gave us no warranty card. Through much investigation. We find he is not licensed in the state of mi. He seems to sell at lower prices than say lowes or home depot which is why we went to him. Big mistake. We are also senior citizens and can't afford a new hot water heater. I doubt he is authorized to sell rheem or any other products.

There is a legit company called northern heating and cooling in holland mi. But his company he claims to own is not even registered in the state of mi. I'm at a total loss and I desperately need help. I was advised to go to the state of mi attorney office but this will cost me additional monies. We will also contact gladwin police dept. I seriously don't want any one else swindled. It's an awful situation, not hot water, no showers, not washing clothes, no dishwasher. We will improvise the best we can.
