For the past year and a half I have paid my dues every month, despite Covid shutdowns and the facility being shut down. On June 15th, the CA government allowed ALL local facilities to be fully open without restriction.
For months now I have been leaving messages (voicemails) on the local phone number for the YMCA North Valley Southern Ca answering machine. (https://www.google.com/maps/dir/?api=1&destination=11336-corbin-avenue-porter-ranch-ca-91326).
NO ONE HAS EVER RETURNED MY CALL. No one has responded to my emails.
The facility is open for a few hours only and not during lunch (11-3 it is closed every day). The basketball gym is also not open. I have called so many times complaining and asking for dates that this facility will be open on Sunday, and asking when the gym will open. NO ONE CALLS BACK.
I am very very unhappy with the fact that I supported the YMCA throughout the pandemic, never cancelled paying my fees, and can't even get someone to call me back or answer my emails. When I go into the facility the staff says they cant answer my questions.
It is terrible to take money during a pandemic and not care about your members. I am disgusted.
