North Country Heathcare review: Refusal of patients except/emergency basis

This organization has refused to see patients throughout covid over 2 years. And is continuing in the year 2023 to refuse Dental patients in need. Adults are only accepted on an emergency basis and no preventative care or treatments are being offered. This is the only sponsored organization that has a sliding scale fee and Community grants for the most vulnerable of our population in this state that they are refusing to serve. It is abhorrent to be continuing to receive grants State support and community support for services you do not provide until it is an emergency and or potentially septic infection. Covid is no longer an excuse or pandemic concern. We are in endemic stage and that is reflected Nationwide as basic precautions and hygiene are enough. And the disservice to the community and the public is inexcusable.
