Norauto review: 4 months waiting for a part.

I had my Scooter, Norauto Classic 125 Matricula 2452HZR, towed to Norauto On the 2nd August 2019 as the Junta de culata broke. I chose Norauto as this is from who the Scooter is made so I assumed they would have parts and/or be able to fix it quickly as it is their brand. It is now the 26th of November almost 4 months later and I am still waiting. I have called Norauto once a month (as they have not contacted me once) to ask what is happening and they simply say they are waiting for a part. They have also told me they would call back several times and never have! In this day and age it is not difficult to track a part from somewhere and have it delivered within a matter of days. The scooter is my only form of transport and I have subsequently had to change jobs and take a pay cut as I am unable to travel!
I have run out of patient with the service there and am becoming increasingly agitated as the weeks and months pass by. I wish to have the bike repaired with compensation for 4months of waiting, loss of wages and insurence.
Please can you advise how to resolve the situation.

Kind regards

The Scooter is booked in under the name of Juan Antonio Ramirez Dominguez as this is my partner who is spanish and can communicate easier than myself.
