I am filing this complaint against Noon.com regarding a defective mobile phone (Order No. NAEH20030049041). Despite repeated attempts, I have received no proper resolution. My case (Ref. 16441199) was continuously ignored or responded to with automated messages falsely claiming contact attempts.
I provided full documentation and valid contact information, but Noon continues to avoid responsibility. Their customer service shows a pattern of deception, including delayed replies and failure to honor refund or return policies.
I submitted a formal complaint to UAE’s Consumer Protection Department, but it was closed without a resolution—raising concerns of potential favoritism due to Noon's high-profile ownership.
My financial loss and time spent dealing with this issue are significant. Noon must take full responsibility, issue a refund or replacement, and offer a formal apology.
If no action is taken, I will pursue legal escalation and further international exposure through multiple review platforms and legal channels. This behavior must be held accountable.
I urge other consumers to beware of similar experiences and join me in holding Noon accountable.

Order Details:
• Order ID: NAEH20030049041
• Delivered: February 10, 2024
• Country of Delivery: United Arab Emirates
• Recipient Location (currently): Iran
The Issue:
The phone I received appeared repackaged and not brand new, despite being listed as “Brand New – Sealed.” Upon activation, several inconsistencies were noticed that Apple later confirmed as suspicious. I raised the issue immediately, well within the return period. Noon kept stalling with generic responses like “we are looking into it,” “we’re sorry,” or “escalated to a higher team.”
Timeline of Deceit:
• Noon agents repeatedly called me, acknowledged the issue, and admitted it needed investigation.
• When I requested a refund, they stalled again.
• When I threatened legal action, they claimed, “The return period has passed,” despite my clear complaint filed during the valid timeframe.
• When I offered to return the phone, they demanded I send it back to the UAE, despite being told multiple times that cross-border shipping from Iran is legally and logistically difficult.
• Estimated cost of returning this device from Iran exceeds $250 USD, almost half the device value, and Noon refuses to cover this despite the problem being entirely theirs.
Escalated to Authorities:
I have officially filed a complaint with the Dubai Department of Economic Development (Consumer Protection Department) – Ref Number: CMP-[protected].
If this is not resolved immediately, I will proceed to:
• Submit the complaint to Apple’s Legal Team for brand misuse
• Involve international consumer rights organizations
• Post this case in Arabic and English across Reddit, Twitter (X), YouTube, Instagram, and Google Reviews so others are warned
My Demand:
I demand a full refund or a free-of-charge return option from Iran. I will not accept more excuses. You have wasted my time, disrespected me as a customer, and violated basic consumer protection laws.
