This is a service that blocks scam and telemarketing calls. You cannot reach customer service. I canceled during the trial period and canceled the account but they charged me $59.99 for a years service. What's more they listed it on my AMEX card as Nomorobo and the next day posted it under Telephone Service Corporation, Port Jefferson, NY. They are billing under to names.

They should no longer be in business.
