NLVX Ltd review: Forex withdrawal

Dear Sir/Madam,

I Ravindra Dnyandev Gavhale UIN: 35356, Trading Account No. 200223 am a customer of NLVX Ltd having registered address at 196 High Rd, London N22 8HH, United Kingdom, an online forex and CFD broker registered in the UK. I am facing an issue with NLVX not honoring my approved withdrawal request for almost over 2 years now without any valid reason.

On 9th January 2023 and Prior dates, I had placed multiple withdrawal request ranging from $200 to $570 from my trading account to my bank account. The requests are still pending and not approved from NLVX. However, despite multiple follow ups, the funds have still not been credited to my NLVX Wallet and bank account.

NLVX customer service is only giving vague excuses and not resolving the issue despite my account having sufficient funds. This seems completely unethical practice on their part.

I request FOSFA to look into this issue and take up this matter with NLVX Ltd. As the industry association for forex brokers, please ensure such malpractices are not carried out which harm traders like me. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will have to approach the regulatory authorities.

Appreciate FOSFA's help and intervention in getting my approved withdrawal paid immediately and also to prevent such incidents in future.
