Nitro review: PDFpen Pro

I have been a a customer of PDFpen Pro for more than 10 years. Apparently, Nitro bought it. I have tried contacting Nitro for support on deteriorating software performance. My requests go either to Smile the previous owner, or are unanswered. If I follow a link it usually does not work, or takes me to subsequent link that does not work. This seems more like a scam organisation than a software producer and seller. I am very angry about this because I should not have to go looking for alternative software when I was happy with what I had, and paid for it.
