Ninjavan and Mezo Pte Ltd (Ninjavan Partners of Drop Off Point) review: Ninjavan get me to drop off elsewhere as drop off point partner rejected my parcel to drop off at his drop off point

Hi,

I have been dropping my parcel at Mezo Pte Ltd (which is Ninjavan drop off point). One day, I received a message from them and was told this is no longer a drop off point and request to retrieve back my parcel. After sometime, I went back to check with Ninjavan, and they told me this company is still their drop off point. I went to drop off an item again, but the next day, the so-call boss of this company, bring my parcel back and told me they do not accept and will reject all my parcel that dropped there. Some dispute conversation between him and me and the final word from him is you can launch a complaint if you wish to against them.

So I took some images of the parcel on 24 Oct 2023 and launch a complaint to Ninjavan. Parcel is within the size that allows to be drop off at their point. And I was told from Ninjavan to receive a reply within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, it took them a week to investigate and their reply was to suggest me to drop off at elsewhere. Worst part is, this drop off point company told Ninjavan a lie saying me as the shipper has had bad history with numerous occasions and leaving my parcel outside the cage and walked away (With no provided proof to Ninjavan). And Ninjavan taking the one-sided story and allow their drop off partner to reject my parcel.

I wonder what is the rules and regulations set for these drop off point partners? And what has Ninjavan do to have better experience for their seller?

I just want my parcel to be able to drop off here as the drop off point within the same industrial area.
