Pokémon go is claiming that I did receive the pokecoins I paid for with with a combo of earned google play credit and debit card. I never saw them credited to my app game or their web store on my profile. When I reached out to Google play support they refunded it automatically and now 2 days later after I've made 3 other purchases niantic Inc subtracted 1,200 pokecoins from my account based on the refund leaving me 1,111 negative coins and unable to obtain necessary items without paying them for a second time to be able to continue playing
Claimed loss: Pokecoins bundle will cost me $10.96 to get out of the negative plus the $5 coupon i get back
Desired outcome: To have them replace the coins until I'm at least even with 0 status that way I can play again
