Nextmed / Next Medical review: Medical services and medicine for glp-1

I signed up for this program last week, they took my money, said I would be contacted within 24hrs. Never heard from any one. Called a few days later and was told they would schedule an appointment, that never happened, got an email instead asking for information which I provided that same day. Still no response, called to cancel and ask for a full refund, they cancelled but would take 72 hours to process my refund, ask for a number to contact their “escalation ” Dept. They didn’t have one. Would have to wait for someone to call me! Has been nothing but dishonesty from the beginning with this company.
