Outstandin service all the way, very professional work and good attitudes from crew members. They did a great job on my roof, it looks amazin! The workers were super nice and polite, they really knew what they were doin. The whole process was smooth and easy, no problems at all. I highly recommend Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC for any roofin needs. They're the best in town!

They did a great job replacing my roof shingles. The work was excellent, they cleaned up the area nicely, and they finished on time. The bid they gave me was also excellent. I appreciate their hard work.

Had Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC replace all of my windows in my house. While the initial installation wasn't correct, they worked hard to make it right.

They didn't talk to the dumpster company 'bout pickin' up. Couldn't afford to pay the *** the dumpster stayed at our place for 2 weeks. No talkin' to us 'bout what was happenin'. Not very professional in dealin' with this. Really bad decision! So mad at the company!

David W made replacin our wind damaged roof a breeze. He provided outstandin customer service. He took care of all details, worked with out house insurance adjuster, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was always to answer questions by phone or email. Great company, outstandin customer service, wonderful representative in David. Highly recommend for any roof repairs or replacement!

New roof instaled March . Next Day didnt do everythin according to written contract (remove old roof on all roof surfaces and install new roof). Biz promised annual inspection. When I requested the annual inspection in August, three appoints were made and missed by this biz with no advance notices. The third time (Oct 4) I texted owner to reschedule. As of today (Oct 19) no action. Very dissapointment with the unprofessional service.

I was kinda hesitant to write this review, but I thought I'd share my thoughts. So, I hired Next Day to slap some gutters on my crib. I saved up some dough for this job, ya know? One reason was 'cause I didn't want no ice droppin' on my front steps. This weekend, it snowed like crazy and my front steps were covered in ice. There were these long icicles danglin' down. Now, I'm 65 years old and I wanted safe steps for the winter, ya feel me? Gotta be fair though, I didn't bother callin' 'em to let 'em know how frustrated I was. I ain't got a clue how to fix this mess. They did the back and front, but only the front's got issues. When you look at them gutters, somethin' just seems off. Maybe I should give 'em a ring and see if they can swing by and take a gander.

I've been fighting with this company for months. No one in the company talks to each other. They did my roof wrong and it took me 3 weeks to get them to fix it. The argument about the soffit and facia lasted another two weeks. They said they would give me a gift card for the first problem, but I never got it. Now I've been fighting with them for 3 weeks just to find out how much I owe them. And to make matters worse, they messed up so bad that I had to leave my home because they made a big mistake and I didn't have heat for 2 weeks. It even caused a carbon monoxide problem in my house. Both owners of the company have been involved, but the issue still isn't fixed. I've never been so disgusted with a company in my life. Neither the owners nor the installation crew or anyone at the company I've dealt with seems to care about their mistakes. They won't take responsibility for anything that's happened. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Man, I can't thank these guys enough. I contacted these guys 'cause they were doing a few roof giveaways. I contacted them just hopin' to win a roof. Dang, Next Day's Sales Manager came out to inspect that home and get measurements 'cause that was part of the requirements to get entered into the free roof giveaway. This dude was a professional of professionals. This man explained to me that I had some hail damage to my *** and might be able to get my insurance company to pay for the recent damage. He not only helped me file the claim but he went to bat for me with my insurance company and held 'em accountable for the damages. He met with my adjuster and at first they only wanted to cover the house roof. But he fought and fought for me. Truth be told, I had given up all hope 'bout gettin' my damages covered. But he reassured me that this would be covered and, lo and behold, he was right! He got my house roof, garage roof, an entire side of siding, and all the gutters on my entire property. Make sure to call these guys for all of your home repair needs! Thank you again to him and Next Day for helpin' me out!

We've been dealin' with this company for over a year now. They were s'posed to start our job early spring of this year 2022. (Contract was signed in Oct of 2021). It's taken 'em this long (now Nov 2022) and we're still waitin' for the job to be finished. They had a crew out to redo our barn and the metal they took off looked better than the new metal they put on. They had no idea what they were doin'. Scratched and dented metal with no concern at the time how it looked, then wanna paint the metal. What kinda company does that. We've been told time and time again, it'll be done, we'll take care of ya. They hired an outside company to do our roof. When we called to ask 'bout the rest of the work, we hear we thought the job was done. We had a barn and siding on the house to do yet. The turnover at this place is just insane. We've talked to 6 people to try to get our job finished and none of those people still work there. my goodness just what kinda company is this. We're at our wits end. We were told this will be wrapped up by Nov, well it's Nov 4th, 2022, and no workers on site. We've tried numerous times to get the owner to call and talk to us, but I guess he doesn't have the time to talk to us or just doesn't care 'bout his own company or the way they do business. As of now they won't even answer their phones or return any calls. All voice mail boxes are full and can't leave any more messages. If I could leave a minus star, I would. They don't deserve a 1 star

I hired Next Day 11/2021 and signed the contract 2/22 and was told the work would be done in May 2021. I had a lot of damage done to my cabin from a bad storm and a tree on my cabin and shed. They hired sub contractors to complete the work and paid them before they inspected the work. The work was horrible and my cabin was in worse shape then before they started! All of my carpet was ruined, hot water heater not working, shower was damaged, all my furniture had paint and drywall paste on it and also all of my beds. We had the owner Edmond Moore, come out on 4/2023 and inspect it as he had sent me a demand letter wanting the rest of his money. He was appalled on the work that had been and what still had to be done. He said he would personally complete the work in a month. It is now 8/2023 and we went to inspect the cabin and he had only 2 things done out of all the things he had promised were done but was never able to send me any pictures but just told me what is done.

In August 2022, we hired Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC to do the siding for our house. They said it would take 8 weeks, but 8 weeks passed and we didn't hear anything. Finally, in December, we managed to get in touch with them and they said it would be another 8 weeks. But now, we can't reach them at all. We already paid them more than $10,000 as a down payment.

I won a set of earbuds on their website page on social media. They haven't honored that and totally lied. I have reached out a few times to their customer service, and they say they sent them but don't offer me tracking information, so I guess it's all fibs. I just find it dirty to run a contest and post me as a winner, then not send the prize. They need to deal with this. I feel like if they do this on social media, what kind of tricks are they pulling on customers in person?

I got a roof put on my Grandma's (***) crib in the fall of 2021. *** was the dude I chatted with. My Grandma kicked the bucket last year, and now there's water seeping into the crib from the roof. It was a major bummer when they installed the roof, but they promised to fix it up so it wouldn't leak no more. Also, since my Grandma passed, we gotta transfer the roof warranty to the granddaughter who's living there now. We want the roof fixed up right so no more water gets in the crib.

After a long wait, I finally got a call back from NDC on November 18. They apologized for the delay and explained that they had been experiencing some issues with their materials supplier. They assured me that they would prioritize my project and get it done as soon as possible.

I appreciated their response and decided to give them another chance. However, as the weeks went by, I still didn't hear anything from them. I called again on December 2, but no one answered. I left a message, but never received a call back.

At this point, I was frustrated and concerned about the money I had already paid. I decided to take matters into my own hands and visited their office in person on December 10. To my surprise, the office was closed and there was no sign of any activity.

Feeling desperate, I reached out to a friend who had recently hired a different roofing company. They recommended Roofing Experts Inc. and gave me their contact information. I called them immediately and explained my situation. They were understanding and assured me that they could take over the project.

Roofing Experts Inc. started working on my roof in early January and completed the job within a week. The quality of their work was excellent, and they even offered a warranty on their services. I was relieved and grateful to have found a reliable company to finish the job.

In conclusion, my experience with Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC was extremely disappointing. Their lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises left me in a difficult situation. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing contractor. Instead, I highly recommend Roofing Experts Inc. for their professionalism and reliability.

This company was hired by me and *** to fix the damage from a storm in the *** area. They did the job on December 2. Since it's a cottage, I didn't check until two weeks later. I noticed they replaced the vented skylights with fixed ones. They also didn't do some of the work, like replacing a section of tripled wall wood stove pipe, flue cap, and a furnace venting pipe. When I went back, they gave me an invoice and *** paid them in full. I called them the next day to tell them about the issues. They eventually fixed the skylights problem. After many calls, they finally sent me $224.19 for the work they didn't do. The correct amount should have been $910.57, and I told them on December 11. I'm owed $686.38, and that's my claim.

On 4/26/22, we ordered Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC to put in (7) double hung windows and replace our old ones. We also wanted new storm doors for our three-season room. The total cost was $9850.00, and we paid a deposit of $1000.00 by personal check, #***, dated 04-26-22. Our records show that the company cashed the check. Since then, we've been given installation dates but haven't received much follow-up. In November, when the installers arrived with the windows, they didn't fit. They measured again and said they would place a new order. They scheduled a new installation date for January 9th, 2023. We called the company many times each week leading up to that date, but no crew or windows showed up on January ninth. Today, when we called the business, nobody answered, so we left a message asking to cancel the contract and get our deposit back. We also mentioned in the voicemail that we would contact the *** for help. We have a record of the dates we called and the promises to return our calls, but nobody followed up. On 11-4-22, we personally spoke to *** when we visited the business and explained our problem. Unfortunately, he and others just gave us empty words. Can the *** help us get our deposit back and make sure we're not held responsible for the contract?

The convo started on 6/7/2022 when I asked Next Day Construction (NDC) in ***, *** for a quote. On 6/10/2022, *** checked out the roof for a full replacement. *** gave me a quote (Job: ***) that same day for $4,825.00. On 6/30/2022, NDC sent over a contract and I signed it (***). Then on July 6th, *** swung by the place at 2pm so I could pick a shingle color. I handed over a deposit of $3,500. On July 8th at 6:30pm, *** (didn't get a last name) from NDC called me and said the quote *** gave wasn't right and they couldn't go ahead at that price. The NDC owner asked *** to try and fix it by offering to do the job for an extra $800 or else I'd have to pay the difference. *** said if I didn't agree to the extra $800, the owner would call me to sort it out. I waited a week and didn't hear from the NDC owner. On 7/15/2022, I emailed *** to ask if we were on the schedule for the week of July 18. I didn't hear back from ***, but on 7/18/2022, I got an automated email saying I refused to move forward and my deposit check was being sent back. That's not true 'cause I told *** the owner could call me and I didn't hear from him for over 10 days.

We had lots of problems with Next Day Construction. We talked to the owner about the terrible experience we had. They started replacing our roof in July 2022, but ever since then, we've been trying to get them to fix the sloppy work and other issues. We spoke to the owner, ***, on September 20, 2022, and he wrote down all the repairs that needed to be done on the roof. He also promised us free gutter guards to make up for the bad service. But now, he's not responding to our emails, calls, or texts. On September 27, 2022, we got an email and call from *** asking for payment, but we told him we're waiting for the issues to be fixed. He said he would check on it, but we never heard back. We want to finish this with Next Day and asked for a discount for the work that hasn't been done and the promised gutter guards. *** hasn't replied to us since September 27, 2022. We need to finish this so our insurance company will give us the depreciation check. We can't get that without a final invoice, and I won't pay the full price unless the work is finished. I attached my email conversation with ***. On September 21, he promised to fix everything, but it's still not done, and he hasn't responded since September 27.

On August 24, 2022, I signed a contract with Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC for a roof replacement and siding/fascia/gutter replacement. I paid them a total of $9,883 as a deposit for both projects. They told me the roof work would start in 2-3 weeks from that date, followed by the siding project. However, on September 23, 2022, I contacted my sales representative, and he said he didn't know the start date because he no longer worked for the company. No one from the company bothered to inform me about this. Since then, I have called Next Day Construction multiple times to find out what's happening. Usually, an answering service answers the phone, and they can't help me. The few times I spoke to someone who seemed to work there, they lied to me. On September 23, Next Day Construction told me they had obtained a permit for the roofing job and would deliver the product soon. To confirm, I contacted my municipality, and they said no permit had been requested. So, Next Day Construction blatantly lied to me. Despite my repeated calls and emails, a man named *** finally called me back on October 3 and assured me that my project would be scheduled within the next couple of weeks. It is now October 19, and I haven't heard anything from them. I started calling them again this morning. They have an answering service handling their calls, and when I called ***'s cell number, his mailbox was full. I then tried to email them, but their online communication is temporarily down. I am extremely worried that they have my $10,000, and I now think this company is a scam. Please help me! I want a full refund of my money!

I signed a contract with NextDay Construction and Roofing on June 7, 2022, for a steel reroof and vinyl siding. I gave them a $10,000 check, but they didn't give me a start date even though I asked for one. I did let them know that the park where my home is located would be closing around October 8, 2022, and the work needed to be completed by then.

Between June 7 and August 12, I asked them multiple times for an estimated start date, but they didn't provide any information. Finally, on August 16, a two-person crew started working on the roof, and by August 17, they finished it. On August 18, I asked for a company inspection, and on August 23, two employees from NextDay inspected the roof and told me that the work was not good. The company representative said he would get back to me with a plan to fix it.

On August 26, I noticed spots on the ceiling inside my home where the screws were coming through. I immediately notified NextDay, but they couldn't find anyone to come to my property. It rained that same night, and water filled my kitchen light fixture. I urgently contacted NextDay again, and they arrived 12 hours later to tarp a part of the roof. They promised to communicate a plan to fix the issue within 48 hours, but as of August 31, I still hadn't received any plan.

I called the company on September 6 and asked for a face-to-face meeting with the owner, ***. We met on September 7, and he admitted that the roof was not done correctly. He even showed me photos of the roof, pointing out the many problems. He assured me that he would personally oversee the job and that it would be their top priority. He also said that there would be no additional cost for a complete reroof.

However, as of September 23, I haven't received any communication from NextDay, and I have requested an inspection by the Lake County Building Inspector, which was done on September 26. I am still waiting for the inspection report. I have supporting documents available if needed. Unfortunately, my home is still tarped.

Summary: After months of poor communication, the work done by Next Day Construction & Roofing LLC on our pole barn roof was so poorly executed that it needs to be repaired or redone, according to a professional building inspector. On 6/23/22, we reached out to Next Day Construction to request work on our pole barn roof, specifically a new ridge cap and some trim. *** from Next Day Construction visited our property. Since our garage roof also required repairs, we asked for a quote for that as well. He explained that their policy was to collect a 50% downpayment before commencing any work. On 6/26, we received the quote for the garage repairs. However, it took some persistence to obtain the quote for the barn, which was finally received on 8/2. We sent deposits totaling $4,175, with $600 from our household account and $3,575 from my business account. As of 9/6, we had not received any updates regarding the scheduling of our job. In the meantime, we had found another contractor for interior renovations, who was waiting for the roof work to be completed. Our checks had been cashed. On 9/12, *** informed me that he had left the company at the beginning of August and advised me to contact Next Day Construction, which I did. However, they seemed to have no record of our job in their system. It had been assigned to other individuals who had also left the company. *** was then assigned to our project. On 9/28, as I had not heard from ***, I requested an update. I asked again on the 29th. On 10/4, *** texted to inform me that he had been in the hospital and would show up the following Thursday. However, he did not show up. On 10/13, we signed an agreement stating that he would complete all the work over the weekend, or we would only owe for the labor. Finally, on 10/14, he showed up and worked on the barn, mostly by himself, throughout the weekend. However, he barely touched the garage project. On 10/18, I contacted the building inspector because the work done was of poor quality, with pieces blowing off in the wind. I have attached the inspector's report, which stated that it appeared to be a failed DIY job and recommended that a trusted contractor handle the repairs. On 11/7, we received an estimate of $2,850 for the repairs from a different company. On 11/15, I emailed Next Day Construction, requesting a refund of $3,450 to cover the repair costs and a refund of the $600 garage deposit. However, this issue remains unresolved.
