I purchased a dash camera from Nexar in January of this year 2022. I did not receive it within three months so I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I was given credit back to my card so I though the matter was settled. In July, I received the dash cam. By this time it had been seven months and I no longer wanted the product. I have tried to send it back for a refund ever since I received it but in order to do so, you have to know your order number. I no longer have the email with the order number because like I stated earlier, I thought the matter was settled. Now I can't get in touch with this company at ALL! If I try to email them, they ask for my order number in which I don't have. I was going to chat with them but you have to download the Nexar app, which I did but the app is all about setting up the dash cam. There has to be a way to get in touch with this company. I know my credit card company told me that they are located in New York. Please help.
Desired outcome: I want to return the product and get a refund.
