The original Nexar One dash cam was purchased 11/2023 and issues began 3/2024. After much troubleshooting, it worked on 4/8/24 and then it failed again on 4/28/24. So they finally sent me a replacement in June 2024 after a LOT of persistent emails from me. I haven't been able to create clips from the camera since October 2024 as was needed for an insurance...

Nexar Nexar beam

So a driver ahead of me decided to swerve wide and attempt a u-turn straight into moving traffic. I crashed into the car to my left trying to avoid them, and later discovered my dashcam failed to even boot up! Power line connected, full battery, paired, all permissions enabled. I’ve noticed since buying last year that my Nexar is MOSTLY reliable, recording most drives. They market themselves as a set-it-and-forget-it solution and guess what, the one time I needed them most they failed. I will for sure be on the hook for a situation I did not cause, but cannot prove. Thanks Nexar, great product.

Nexar Dash cam

I purchased a dash camera from Nexar in January of this year 2022. I did not receive it within three months so I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I was given credit back to my card so I though the matter was settled. In July, I received the dash cam. By this time it had been seven months and I no longer wanted the product. I have tried to send it back for a refund ever since I received it but in order to do so, you have to know your order number. I no longer have the email with the order number because like I stated earlier, I thought the matter was settled. Now I can't get in touch with this company at ALL! If I try to email them, they ask for my order number in which I don't have. I was going to chat with them but you have to download the Nexar app, which I did but the app is all about setting up the dash cam. There has to be a way to get in touch with this company. I know my credit card company told me that they are located in New York. Please help.
