Newton Group review: Timeshare

My husband and I went to Mazatlan, Mexico, fraudulently got into a timeshare, so we filed a complaint with Mexican law. We wanted to avoid being put in collections, so we looked to a company to assist us. The Newton group told us they would get us out of the timeshare. After a few months, they sent us the name of an attorney that works with us. When I told her we got out of the Mexican company got us out already, she wanted us to sign a release so she could call. I told her to advise us not to open up with the Mexican company. I could start over if we hired an attorney. I sent her the paperwork she still wanted us to sign the form. I told her I was worried about opening a can of worms if it closed.

I tried to reach out to the Newton group to get a full refund or a part of a refund. The Newton group charged us 8.500 dollars. I asked them for her help to fight the credit card they use as a down payment. The attorney wouldn't even write a letter to assist in the fight to get the money. They charged the credit card $ 16,000.00 without our provision. The attorney refused even though the Newton group said I was sure she wouldn't mind. I ended up fighting the credit card myself. It took a year, but I got our money back. I proved it to be a fraud.

The Newton group did nothing to get us out of the timeshare company ELCID and then refused to assist me in fighting the credit card. They did nothing to get any of our money back.

I am not asking for a hole 8500.00, which would be fair, but I need someone to assist me with this issue.

I am requesting your assistance in getting my money back since I did all the work myself.
