Everything was going along swimmingly until the representative emailed me a link to pay for the service. And that's when I hung up. My account is locked. I'm staying at my daughter's place in Houston, watching her pets while she's visiting the Grand Canyon. Like me, she also electronically subscribes to your paper. Yesterday, I was able to login after a few tries. Today, no luck. This is really terrible as I'm a dire hard news junkie who loves The New York Times and I haven't been able to get my daily fix.
