Ruan Marinho is a guy who basically tries to get people to buy some SEO course of his and claims he is an SEO expert on his YouTube channel. I guess the Ruan Marinho SEO course he is trying to sell is geared towards teaching other people how to also be a fake. He has a company named Develomark based out of the small town of Southington Connecticut, but recently is attempting to scam New York SEO customers in the Big Apple.

This guy has been exposed over and over again by many people for various scamming and behavior. There is one on this site I came across that someone exposed Ruan Marinho for being a drunk driver and apparently almost plowing into someone on the road.
