New York & Company review: Was assaulted in your store today april 23rd

On 4-17-2019, I purchased 55964829-slim cargo w/belt (NY DEAL buy one get one free special order #S0250001002057 (instore) I also purchased safari jkt w/belt item#41231126 $89.95. On 4/23/2019, I had decided to Check on order, cause I never received email, called customer service and they stated the order was cancelled on 4/18/2019. I decided to go back to 2329 Stonebridge mall/New York &co. The store was about to close I had arrived just in time. Once I got in store I had customer service still on the phone, I request for a refund, once the cashier processed and said I was only getting $69.00 back to my ny&co card. I stated it was a mistake cause I paid $89.95 total $98.27. After trying to explain her self, which didn't make sense, customer service was trying to let her know I never received 55964829, the order was cancealled. The cashier refused to credit the monies back to my New York & Co Credit Card I proceeded to leave the store the cashier followed behind me calling me a black broke b* I can't afford $98. Once she continued to call me out of my name, I proceeded to turn around once I turned around she began to grab clothes and hangers and began to hit me with them the other lady that was in the store ran over and got between us. The aggressive cashier who attacked me begin to scream when she see me in public she's going to blow my f* brains out police report will be filed. And afterwards I will be canceling my New York & Co Credit Card cuz I probably had it longer than she's been working there but I will no longer shop at your stores
