Please see all the emails from the bottom... Please see attached pictures with original old and new driving license. If I received email on my email address I will send photo of driving license.

TO NJMVC
Central Issuance,

I am not going to go to NJMV especially now and put my health at risk just because you have mess in system/file in documents, since I can arrange it online.
Please send me my new driving license with a new address.

I can't do online

Ms. [protected],

Thank you for your inquiry. Due to changes of the federal requirements, NJMVC now must print the residential address on a license/ID. Starting on June 24, 2019 any license issued to a record with a residential and separate mailing address is required to have the residential address printed on the document. We will continue to send
correspondence to the mailing address going forward.

A review of your records indicates that your record has two addresses on file. If one of those addresses is incorrect, you will need to correct it by submitting an address change online at www.njmvc.gov. License/ID card holders are required to submit an address change within 7 days of a change.

In addition, in 2017, Governor g time in this renewal cycle.
Note* Once the address is changed, you will have to wait another additional 30 days before you will be able to apply for a replacement license with the correct address on it.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you and please let us know if you have any other current MVC issues.

Sincerely,

NJ MVC Central Issuance - KG

Subject: [EXTERNAL] RE: Incorrect Driving License

TO NJMVC
Central Issuance,
I have two other addresses in my documents, this is not my fault.
If I have two addresses on file and one of those addresses is incorrect because is old is not my fault. The address is old and I have not live there for over 5 years. I moved out in 2015. In 2015 I changed my residence in NJMVC I had label with new address on my back side of my driving license and after that on the end of the year 2015 I went to NJMV in person and got new driving license with NEW ADDRESS. It is not my fault at all if there is any mistake on my files but the person who prepared the documents. In the pictures which I send you, you can see.. is new address and I had this driving license for four (4) years, 4 years and now is incorrect? AND now I have to change my address after FIVE (5) years? And wait because somebody make mistake?

Please settle my case immediately and make correction in my files.
my address by changing my driving license

Delay

I went to the MVC center in Delanco yesterday. We were waiting over 25 hours to be called to the window. During that time I and several others observed your staff. Leaving their windows and seemingly just walking around and having personal conversations. The most disturbing was one of your attendants at window 8 having a personal conversation with a customer. This conversation lasted over 20 minutes. They were discussing the customers two failed marriages, her 4 children, mandatory vasectomies for men if they want to date women, and the use of the drug Depo-Provera (these comments were in response to the recent Supreme Court ruling). I am not saying your attendants should not be personable but we were sitting for over 2.5 hours and this was not definitely not work related. I also stood up and walked a bit and observed your attendant having her conversation and obviously not typing or performing her duties just having her conversation.

I did speak with a manger (I did not get her name) but I wanted to insure that that this issue was addressed.

When I arrived the line was filled to the end of the que. While we waited for the one attendant to review everyone's documents tow other employees arrived with coffee. After about 10 minutes these two other attendants sat down to review documents. Maybe two people doing the same job should not leave together when the one person left is overwhelmed with customers.

This lack of structure and supervision is what causes people to complaint about the MVC.
