    Hi
My name is Sampoornam and my customer number is 13214.

its regarding to the person who deliver the cylinder to my home. My home is in 3rd floor. So, we have paid extra Rs.10 in my bill but he is not satisfied and he is asking Rs.20 extra. We refuse to give Rs.20 and he said going forward, we will deliver the cylinder on time to U.

Moreover, the date of cylinder deliver is showing as 10/11/2011 in my bill. However he delivered on 12/11/2011..

Please take a necessary action on this and confirm me that do we need to pay the extra charges while delivering the cylinder.

    Thank you.
