Good day

I am sending this complaint in as I have now received the same item twice and it is still doing the exact same thing

I got a personalized cell phone cover printed in june for my samsung

And it started peeling so badly so I sent in a enquiry / complaint to say my cover was peeling and I needed a new one

Now I got my new one in august and its starting to peel once again

I have attached the picture to show you how it is peeling again

So now how do we get this sorted out or please can I have a refund as I see this is going to keep happening
