Good Day, I am writing this not being a happy customer, I have been calling your call center with no luck, Last year my mother upgraded dstv and apparently it come with netflix and showmax, of which she knows nothing about those two. But the gentleman who was doing the installation added netflix, and we only discovered when the invoice come. None of the people in the house knows anything about netflix but we have been billed monthly since last year, and recently there was an upgrade to a premium subscription which is R199.
