My grandmother passed away 29october 2018 and I was told that a lady from absa will contact me regarding the completion and letter of authority regarding my grandmothers will due to im the only person metioned in her will that will be recieving all of her belongings. But the lady neo mere contacted me and asked me for the neccasary documents and provided them, after a day or 2 after sending her the documents that was end of november 2018 I was told I will be recieving the letter of authority in registred post between 4 to 8 weeks. Wel its january 2020 and if I contact neo mere shes not in or shes busy and if I send her emails I do not even get feedback... Why give people the jobs that cant do it, I mean to be phoning and every now and then have to follow up on deceased matter is not easy and cant put it behind you due to all the old wounds and memories just come back once you need to attend to the matter just because of arrogant incompetent people working for absa
