11/27/23 Mattress arrived damaged. There is a piece missing in black strip that goes completely around bed. Called customer service and told I needed Birds Eye pictures of all sides of mattress and they would decide if it could be returned. Explained cannot do this and already required help to get it in here and corner of box was damaged. They were quite unconcerned. It had been here 24 hours. It is now 48. Explained I am disabled receiving cancer treatment. They are unconcerned. I requested return address to return at my expense. Was refused. Now I am going to legal.

Desired outcome: Complete refund. After interaction with their “customer service” I will no longer accept a replacement.
