I emailed the rep from NCE Insurance and asked to find the best plan for us, because my wife had serious health problems. I explained what we searched for and the rep assured me that they have chosen right plan. I got all documents and already paid for the plan, but when I read all about the plan, I found out that it was wrong one and it didn’t fit me and my family. Guys, it was nightmare, because the rep refused to charge the plan and said that we needed to use it within at least 6 months, and only after that they could change it.
The pushy salesman lied about what the plan covered. They refused to send me written information on what the plan covered. I was told I could enroll and get a refund if I didn’t use it. I was unable to get a refund. The person who put my cancellation in was super rude And hung up on me twice.
Unfortunately, I am also a victim of NCE Insurance. This company is a scam and this is not valid insurance. As a result of their lies and providing me false information, I am now left with over one hundred thousand dollars in medical bills. Please do not purchase any medical plans from them. Simply because this is not valid medical insurance. They talk a good game but it will come back to haunt you in the future. Trust me I ama living witness.
