I ordered and signed for a new settee on 31st July 2022. At the time of signing I was told I would get this in time for Christmas. I didn't hear anything and therefore went to the shop. I was informed it was on a container, I asked if it had been shipped yet to be told this was not known it depended on whether the container was full. Explained I was told I would have it for Christmas of which they denied making this comment. I received a voicemail (which I still have!) from the store on 12th November 2022 saying my purchase was still on course for 1st to 2nd week of December. After speaking to the Manager, in tears at this point as I have family coming for Christmas, asked if he could loan me something to sit on his response was its not our policy and even if it was I wouldn't have anybody to deliver it. Asked if we should sit on the floor then? his response well I can't suggest anything else. Just rude!
