The watch was received and worked for a few days and stopped. I took it to the watch maker and he tested it and she the battery was working. The problem was the watch.
I sent an email to Dominika on 2 October 2021. Eva Kowalski replied on 14 October 2021 saying that I could send it back for a refund.
There have been a number of emails sent by me (attached) with no reply from either Eva or Dominika.
On 1 December 2021 I sent an email requesting Eva to refund the purchase price.
I have not received any reply.
Eventually I sent the watch back and it was delivered on 2 January 2022 via Australia Post.
There has again been no reply.

Desired outcome: Refund of money paid for watch - I have many emails back and forth to Eva and Dominika but I cannot upload them.
