Aaron from Tim Kyle Electrical was extremely thorough when performing the attic inspection (we had had some critters up there), checking the breaker panel and explaining the options for an improvement in overall breaker panel safety and performanc. We just purchased a new home and had issues with outlets and our dishwasher power supply. We were new to the area and found Tim Kyle Company as a local electrical company. The whole experience was first class from start to finish. The expert sent to our home was Lance, he was excellent and corrected all our wiring issues and explained each item he found during the process.

The initial on-site inspection was key. Jon understood that the work had to be done at the same time as a window installation and he might have to interrupt part of his punch list to rewire around the windows. I interviewed two other electricians for the job and they somehow couldn't wrap their heads around that. Jon and his assistant Marcel were polite, and kept the workspace clean for the three days they were here. The job that included a new breaker panel, fire alarm system upgrade among other things went pretty smoothly.

This is the first time I've used Tim Kyle Electrical Service. From the moment I called, the scheduler on the phone was very efficient and pleasant. Ben was the electrician who was dispatched to my home with his helper, Aaron. They quickly assessed the problem and replaced an arc fault breaker. Both were extremely polite and worked efficiently to assess and take care of the problem. I will definitely be calling on this service in the future. I so appreciate the prompt, professional, courteous and effective service. Thanks so much!

I love the way that my service technician from Tim Kyle explained everything, really taking time to educate me. I'm impressed by his professionalization and clarity. No, they do not offer free estimates. BUT their estimates of the work needed are spot on and you can have a long, in-depth discusison of options, and do as much or as little as you need to do. I found the work done was done professionally, with clean results. The service technician cleaned up afterwards as a matter of course, taking even the dust! I had no concerns bringing this service technician into my home for a needed repair in the middle of the covid crisis -- he was masked and used foot covers, too. I was so impressed I bought a five year service contract and plan a lot more work, bit by bit as my budget allows. I'm relieved to find a reliable professional I can depend on.

I similarly scheduled an appointment with a very nice woman who called for only a couple days after my initial request online. Bruce came out and introduced himself and was very down to earth. I needed an exterior pole light and a light on the side of the house replaced. Bruce drove me over to a nearby store and helped with making the right selection for replacements. I purchased them and we went back to the house and they were installed quickly. I also needed an interior outlet replaced and that was done in minutes. I also requested the main panel be estimated for replacement. I have that scheduled for a couple of weeks from now since it also requires a County inspector and BGE to be involved. Needless to say I'm happy with the work that was done and looking forward to getting my main panel up to code and finally properly labeled so that I'll know which breaker covers a particular area of the house. Very nice job. I will probably also get the service contract which has other perks as I may look to replace some ceiling fans and other fixtures in the future.
